En matière de développement stratégique :- Contribution aux développements stratégiques,- Développement de partenariats long-terme tant avec les pouvoirs publics qu’avec des entreprises et associations pertinentes de l’écosystème bruxellois,- Supervision de Village Partenaire, Villages Finances et la Recyclerie sociale de Saint-Gilles. 
En matière de management opérationnel : - Assurer le pilotage budgétaire du département Bruxellois en collaboration avec la direction financière,- Diriger la rédaction de projets et d’offres pour le développement de dispositifs entrepreneuriaux durables innovants ; 
- People management: évolutions professionnelles, gestion des compétences et suivis administratif en collaboration avec la GRH, coordination du staffing des 21 personnes de l’équipe sur les différents projets ; 
- Coaching de son équipe sur le développement de projets « soft » (dispositifs de formation/accompagnement/incubation liés à l’entrepreneuriat) : posture client – posture commerciale, posture équipe, réflexe commercial, supervision qualité ;- Accompagner le développement de projets « hard » (création d’une structure juridique pour lancer un projet ; création d’un projet portant sur le développement d’un lieu, ...) dans ses différents aspects : développement de modèles économiques, recherche de financements (publics et privés), développement de partenariats.

- Leading a cross sectorial monitoring of the Brussels region mixing human, urban and business approaches;- Supervising Data acquisition, collect, treatment, analyse, visualization and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data;- Validating research protocols and methodologies;- Coordinating statistical, economical and geographical analyses;- Producing the analysis products of the agency and the recommendations linked;- Development of 5 actions plans on cross-disciplinary issues: Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, User Centricity, Retail Excellence, Business Excellence.

- Documenting and setting standards on the agency missions and KPIs to optimize the methods of advising entrepreneurs;- Upgrading current internal services focusing on the needs and satisfaction of our users;- Designing new types of projects, services and policies linked to the commercial development of the Brussels region;- Developing statistical and comparative studies through a new open data visualization tool;http://analytics.brussels/#!/- Supporting research projects led by other centers and universities.

General coordination of the ERDF project 2014/2020 called « Atrium Lab : Living Smart Retail City » - Using the smart specialization strategy to bring the expertise together around a common vision "Smart Retail City" : mobilizing and implicating all the employees, empowering them and facilitating innovations ;- Animating research and innovation processes in order to adapt services and products of the agency to the user needs as a real living lab (getting the Enoll certification and organizing national events);http://atrium.irisnetlab.be/en/belgian-living-lab-day/- Taking care of the strategic, administrative and financial reporting ;- Developing as a result the Smart Retail City Lab Platform.http://smart-retail-city-lab.com/

- Producing market information about South East Asia markets (country fact-sheets, publications, etc.);- Advising investors and companies in their exportation project through the complexity of regulations;- Providing information about the financial subsidies available to reduce market research costs;- Organizing promoting and developing events to promote exports and to encourage seeking out international opportunities (trade fair, business missions, training, speed sailing...).
