A master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance followed by 2 positions as a legal auditor ground my skills in corporate finance analysis and modelling. My interest for corporate real estate strategy grew as I worked closely with the Church’s and Religious Congregation’s wealth management organizations and audited the investment vehicles dedicated to real estate assets, including health, schools, housing and offices. I then started a business as an interior designer as I realized I most value project dynamic. I worked for private clients for the next 4 years. At the same time I trained in interior architecture to master construction and architecture basic technical skills. To work with more complex real estate subjects, I graduated with a master’s degree in real estate development and management in 2013. After a position as tourism real estate developer/asset manager in Disneyland Paris, a matrix organization where team and product cultures are key factors of success; and a consulting mission in tourism real estate development with Horwath HTL, my goal is to focus on real estate portfolio strategy. I am looking to bringing my 3-year skills in real estate finance modelling and my knowledge of real estate development and operation stakes to a position as real estate analyst/asset manager.
