Overseeing all areas in the distribution center, but focusing on the order processing and shipping aspects. In constant communication with sales support in order to ship orders accurately and on a timely manner. Also working closely with our inventory supervisor to ensure all product will arrive in our warehouse on time for customer orders (wholesale and DTC).Responsible for Rerturns Dept ensuring all returns are expedited and credits are issued to our customer (also work with Accounts Receivable when any discrepancies arise due to merchandise returned).Work very closely with e-commerce team.Bi-lingual (spanish):if necessary translate for Spanish speaking only employees (with HR dept., Warehouse Manager, etc).

Responsible for collecting payments on past due invoices. In constant communication with customers trying to reverse/reduce charge backs. Also worked very closely with warehouse to avoid errors on shipments that would cause these charge backs. Overseeing two other A/R employees and invoicing clerk.
