Responsible for Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Compliance and Contracts for a woman-owned small business with 20 years of experience conducting high-quality quantitative and qualitative research for the US federal government. As of June, 2022, Insight is a subsidiary of Westat.

Responsible for transforming pricing and contracting activities for a formerly small government contractor, enabling explosive growth which included three major acquisitions, numerous key wins and partnerships and resulting in the company becoming one of the fastest-growing contractors in Maryland, leading to it being acquired by the American Institutes for Research (AIR).I played a key role in negotiating with the General Services Administration (GSA) and led the successful pursuit of GSA OASIS, a Best in Class contract vehicle. I chair a GSA committee responsible for marketing OASIS to federal agencies. I have likewise led the efforts to develop and optimize the GSA PSS and Schedule 70 IDIQs.I work diligently to build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and place a premium on regularly meeting with federal Contracting Officers and Specialists to ensure smooth operations.For the last six months of my tenure, I took charge of all pricing operations for IMPAQ's new owner, AIR (founded in 1946), one of the world's largest behavioral and social science research and evaluation organizations, with close to 1,500 employees. In this capacity, I was responsible for the domestic and international pricing for the entire suite of AIR companies.

Created the Contracts and Pricing departments for a rapidly growing government contractor, from scratch. Strong mastery of the FAR, contract types and strategy.

Responsible for directing financial operations and contract administration for a software company who developed the country’s leading regulatory software for state government professional boards. Oversaw accounting department, including full range of payroll, payables, receivables and general ledger reporting.
