Specialize in domestic and international tax planning relating to inbound and outbound investment and tax litigation services; Provide comprehensive tax advice on various transactions both from the legal and the accounting perspective; Assisting and representing a number of manufacturing companies in Indonesia in their tax appeals at the Tax Court; Assisting and representing some multinational oil and gas service companies in their appeal processes at the Tax Court; Assisting and representing one of foreign bank in their appeal processes at the Tax Court; Advising and assisting one of the largest securities companies in the region in its employment tax matters.

Plan for the Preparation of Project Assignment; Coordinate the Team in the Field; Supervise the Team during Fieldwork; Evaluate the Result of Project Assignment; Give Advice to the Clientele; Assist the Clientele during Tax Audit, Tax Objection, and Tax Appeal; Assist the Managing Partner to run the daily operation of the Firm; Evaluate the Staff periodically.

Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements for presentation to Directors; Examine operating costs and the income and expenditure of the Company; Provide assurance about the accuracy of information contained in Financial Report, particularly concerning the accuracy of the stock integration or replenishment system; Advise on standards and application of computer-based accounting system; Oversee costs shipments data entry, SAP landed costs systems and accurate integration of FIFO Systems into Company's Accounting System; Implement of seamless and fully integrated accounting, stock, and electronic interface with the Company's major retailers; Download sales and stock figures and purchase orders via the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system.

Responsible for handling the preparation of individual and corporate income tax return; represent client before the tax administrator during tax verification and tax objection process; prepare legal and material evidence for tax appeal before the tax court; involve in the tax review, tax due diligence, tax retainer, and tax advisory services or consultation.

Responsible for clarifying and verifying the truth of the company's employee numerical calculation in their accounting work, checking the accuracy and completeness of their records and computation, and ensuring that all of their recording procedures comply with the company policies and regulations. Report directly to senior or supervisors.
