Job Description :• Responsible for reliability centered maintenance programs such as : preparation of equipment criticality ranking, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Condition Monitoring Rotating Equipment, Root Cause Failure Analysis facilitator.• Collect all data related with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and disturbance/main problem investigation and to be analyzed by RCM &CM Engineer. • Support to RCM & CM Engineer related with final plant modification proposal (design/engineering, budgeting and its project management). • Supervise plan modification project related to RCM & Condition Monitoring which done by contractor/vendor .• Establish master schedule 52 weeks program for Condition monitoring activity and conduct routine daily of Condition Monitoring Program and make coordination with RCM & CM Technician, Operation and maintenance person.• Responsible for Activities and Report Of Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Thermography analysis, Laser alignment, and Field Balancing.• Conduct analysis related with condition monitoring result and to be reviewed by RCM &CM Engineer.• Make statistic of condition monitoring database in weekly, monthly and yearly basis for routine report purpose, and complete historical data of rotating equipment.Achievement :• Development RCM & Condition Monitoring Module for CMMS software Maximo 7.6• Establish master Schedule 52 Weeks program for Condition monitoring activity• Completed plant modification of additional vibration sensor at Pulverizer for make easy and safety during condition monitoring to take data vibration.• Completed plant modification of New Port Oil sampling at critical rotating equipment for give representated data Oil Analysis.• Completed revise all procedure RCM section for integration ISO 9001, ISO 14000, & ISO 45000• Get Award of CPS Excellent Employee 2018• Establish Manual Operating of CPS Oil Analysis Monitoring Program
