Scope of work: Construction for Neom village with capacity of 10,000 occupants.Construction of Pre-engineered buildings and infrastructure Networks Includes ElectricalNetworks, medium voltage, Power Generation Plant, solar Lighting System, grounding network,ICT networks and Potable Water Irrigation and Fire Network, Sewerage and Storm Waterdrainage network.Job Duties: Managing Construction activities of Electrical team and compliance of subcontractors,ensuring works are carried out as per the drawings, specifications and standards, complianceto ES&H plans, quality standards. ensuring continuous construction work fronts availability for Electrical team andsubcontractors working in infrastructure networks and buildings through review of designdeliverables, material delivery schedules and any other service requirements includingsubcontractor submittals. Maintains an effective relationship with other all civil and MEP departments and coordinatesall Electrical works on site. Provide guidance and technical advice to the Subcontractors Engineers, Junior Engineers andmonitor their performance. Review the design drawings and provide feedback to the design team and giverecommendations about the required electrical systems function in the project.

Job Duties:Managing electrical, instrumentation and control systems' installation, testing andcommissioning activities plus managing electrical teams, subcontractors, coordinating withcivil, mechanical, QA/QC and client meetings.Responsible for design review, installation and testing and commissioning of SCADA system,Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) panels, HMI, building management system (BMS) andintegration with communication protocols.Review and prepare of FAT and SAT Procedures and Methods Statement.Technical office tasks (shop drawings - material submittals - supplier management - contractdrafting - purchase requests - quantity surveying).Coordinating With Supplier/Manufacturer and organizing Factory Acceptance Test with Client/Consultant representative.Familiar with the setting the parameter, troubleshooting and calibration of Waterequipments/ Instrumentation devices such as: Flow control valves, Motorized butterflyvalves, Actuators, flow metersFamiliar with all type of Water Transmission Pumps and VFD panels’ start-up, sensors configuration,testing and commissioningResponsible for MCC panel design review and approval, testing, metering devicesconfiguration, and commissioning.Assisting the subcontractor of Fiber Optic Leak Detection System (DAS) installation andoperation, integration via communication protocols with PLC.Review and implement UPS calculation of capacity, installation, testing and commissioning.Responsible for ICT system design review, installation and testing and commissioning(data - telephony - access door - video surveillance) and infrastructure network(telecom manholes - HDPE pipes).Power plant Generators design, Totalizing panels’ design, fuel plc panels review of design,fuel system P&ID review and approval for Sharma pumping station.Assisting Project Manager and planning department for Scheduling and planning for electricalactivities for project Base line schedule and giving update on daily and weekly basis.

• Saudi Pan Kingdom company (SAPAC) :• Project: Hafr AL-Batin storm water drainage - phase 04 with value 560 million SAR :• Installation of hundreds of 14 meters five arms & 12 meters lighting poles.• Installation of underground low voltage cables. • Repairing damaged utilities cables ( LV cables & telephone cables )• Surveying underground utilities by Radio detection Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and analyzing the results using EKKO Software.• Supervising operations & maintenance at concrete patch plant generators.• Installation of safety lights around working areas.• Removing and replacing road traffic lights.• Preparing all necessary shop drawings, purchase orders, variation orders & handing over to consultant. • Coordinating with different project stakeholders( MOI Traffic Dept. & SCECO )

Electromechanical Engineer• Saudi Pan Kingdom company (SAPAC) :• Project: Improvement of Cargo Area Salwa Customs with Qatar with value 260 million SAR and area of 2 Million Square Meters:• Execution of all the electrical works in buildings (Lighting – Socket –Air conditioner – Fire alarm – Sound System) and Communication Systems (Data – Telephone) In Buildings, Shades, Gates and Cabins in The Project with Total of 87 Building from Excavation till Finishing along with preparing all necessary Shop Drawings.• Installation of cables in general site around 60 km armored Medium Voltage and low voltage underground cables along with 16 Substations and all required shop drawing and related work.• Installation of 13.8kv MV Switchgear Panel board with 14 cells, Battery room & Transformer room and performing HI-POT test switchgear tests.• Execution of Fiber Optics Network in General Site) Manholes - Corrugated Pipes - 48 Core Fiber Cables) with total length around 50 km.• Installation of all components of Security System’s network in General Site (Cameras- Sliding Gates- Road Blocker- Gate Barrier)• Installation of (210)25 meters-12 lights High Mast Towers.• Installation of Lighting Panels and main low voltage MDBs beside substations with total of 45 panel, emergency Generators and ATS panels. • Execution of electrical and mechanical works in pump rooms (fire, water, irrigation, drainage).• Installation of wall conditioners and cassettes with (249) air conditioner.• Worked as an alternative to the project manager and gained knowledge of civil works, architectural and mechanical plus technical office skills (preparing invoices and dealing with contracts with contractors and entering the purchase of orders through the ERP program).• Coordinate with the agencies operating the project from the General Customs Department, Passport Department and other bodies.• Managing a large number of supervisors, labor and equipment in the project.
