- Verified Adaptive Volume (AV) feature of Alexa before the launch by conducting usability testing in various real-life contexts- Partnered closely with PM’s, Project Leads, and Engineers to develop and improve testing processes and to ensure the timely launch of the feature

- Conduct literature reviews on sustainable development goals in early childhood education- Reorganize variables of Korean and international youth panel data - Analyze survey data of Korea's vulnerable families with infants and children- Review and edit drafts of policy reports

- Tested consumer needs of early childhood education and care (ECEC) policies in 9 national and international research projects, incorporating various research methods (literature review, focus group interview, surveys, field visits, quantitative and qualitative analysis, etc.)- Successfully managed and performed administrative tasks for yearly project budgets of $80,000 to $120,000 - Managed a SCOPUS listed international journal for 3 years and expedited the process by establishing a manual and guidelines for editing manuscripts- Planned and published 5 online presentations (issues 5 to 9) on the latest ECEC policy issues, increasing readers’ satisfaction rate by 18%- Edited 5 publications on the major ECEC policy research findings and distributed to 1,082 organizations

- Created lesson plans and instructed a 2nd grade class based on a classical education program for bilingual students
