Initial scope was in project finance and drafting a business plan and feasibility study. Once loans were secured, the project was divided into multiple scopes and a clear project schedule was developed for hiring and managing sub contractors. Various redesign works on sanitary, electromechanical, electrical and interior design works were performed under my supervision. Foreign procurement was also a key aspect of the project and securing finishing materials and shipping of 26 containers was handled by my small team and I. In the end, more than 12 sub-contractors took part to deliver a high quality product under budget. The project is now complete housing corporate clients, government offices, banks, and financial and legal service providers.
