Responsible for establishing rates for Ford Credit's Red Carpet Lease product (lease portfolio of over $20 billion in assets). Rates were established to achieve a targeted ROE taking into consideration borrowing costs, credit losses, residual losses, operating costs, and equity allocated to the product. Integrated Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover and Mazda lease pricing models to one common model and team which drove cost and process efficiencies. Collaborated with automotive partners to ensure alignment on benefits of the captive finance strategy.

Key interface between Treasury and the Ford Credit pricing teams to ensure alignment on borrowing costs included in pricing. Developed analysis to consider various types of debt (Unsecured, Commercial Paper, Asset Backed Securitization, Bank Borrowing), duration of debt term relative to asset term, and overall funding requirements to support liquidity and lending.
