Since joining Forewin Ghana, the Takoradi branch, stock control has been stable and though after stock taking some shortages are recorded, we are able to trace to the cause of the shortage. Shortages this time has reduced and those loopholes causing items in the warehouse has been identified and solutions have been put in place to mitigate them. Unlike first, when they're about to take stock and the whole warehouse will be panicking, is not the same as today. Today, they rather call for stock Audit because they have gotten someone who has brought great change to the warehouse operations. Now, any lost item item in the warehouse can be traced to find out the cause, unlike those days they're not able to identify the cause, and as a result, all shortages will be pushed to the warehouse manager and his team to be accountable for that.
