The Teen Outreach Program (TOP) is a free recreation-based after-school program for teens ages 12-18 that operates at ten different community centers across Raleigh. Activities include athletics, the arts, recreational games, field trips, adventure programs, skill-building sessions, and more.-Assisted in the planning and implementation of a daily program that will meet the needs of the children in attendance; set up program, project, and activity areas as needed.-Collaborated and assisted in designing and implementing activities and assignments to encourage attendee's intellectual, creative, artistic, and athletic enrichment and abilities; assisted students in working on and completing after-school program assignments, projects, and activities.-Monitored individuals or small groups of students assigned to an after-school program; ensured student understanding of program rules and procedures; maintained appropriate order and student conduct.
