Customer Service Coordinator
Current- Customer support on telephony and emails with regards to queries ranging from our products and services to queries on account status and status of orders made.
- Support on order processing and amendments on ERP Tool, SAP S/4 HANA and issuing customer email responses on SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
- Following the laid down procedures on customer complaints management i.e prompt logging, update and closure with the relevant action parties.
- Supporting the retail and commercial sites on Maintenance issues raised by being the focal point between the Engineers, Contractors and the sites.
- Ensuring HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environmental) standards are met by doing monthly inspections at the retail and commercial sites and reporting potential incidents while intervening in the cases of non.
- Customer support on the self service platform for order management (Veserve) through customer onboarding,troubleshooting on errors, dormant account reactivation and support on order placement.
