1) Payments and Cash Management Operations Manager with 9 years experience in Liquidity and Cash Management, have hands on experience of all Liquidity products, Global Liquidity Solutions, Negative Credit Interest, Liquidity Investment Sweeps, Basel III and Global Deposit Engine with extensive experience in management and demonstrating excellent command over structuring, implementation and supporting complex cash management solutions across 50 plus countries. 2)Consistently rated as a strong performer and regarded as subject matter expert on Liquidity products. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of process across full range of HSBC operations and takes responsibility of managing Operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are best-in-class. Mentor & guide assistant manager to manage all streams of work.Key Responsibilities a) Leadership :Develop Staff to achieve Business objectives and individual potential, sharing knowledge, experience and providing assistance on referred issues. Handle Escalation and liase with business area as necessary. Lead a team of direct reports and focus on employee related concerns such as attrition, abseentism, morale, disciplinary action, conflict resolution and/or employee grievances, motivation through collaboration with employee relations.b) Stakeholder Management: Working for a global process lead to liase with mutiple stakeholders especially very senior product managers within the Liquidity world and other key stakeholders like Client Implementation team, Commercialization Team and IT team within HSBC and Vendor teams Intellect.c) Operational Effectiveness & Control: Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in all areas involved, specifically internal controls and any compliance policy and group compliance.
