Compliance Services – assist with identifying shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policy and process; assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes– to assist in the recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria– train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met– to assist in the management of the performance and development of team members– reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required– to assist in developing plans for team activities– manage the preparation and agreement of individual action plans and targets for all team members– manage and carry out presentations and proposals– delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review– set an example for team members of commitment, compliance activities, work ethics and habits and personal character– maintain accurate records– control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls– adhere to all organisation policies and procedures– interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers

Demand Planning: Determining the order quantities by taking into account forecasts, historical trends and inventory targets- Inventory availability: Maximize availability of assortment fulfilled via warehouse.- Inventory Management: Manage warehouse inventory based on SKU level stock norms and warehouse capacity constraints. Manage inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock, turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time) and forecasting- Integrate key In-Stock metrics with broader business metrics to deliver optimal customer experience

• Shortlisting Leads: Assisting Operations team in shortlisting leads from NoBroker website and other sources for owner as well as tenants.• Customer Meetings & Property Visit: Meeting prospective owners as well as tenants to explain our concept and try and close maximum no of deals.• Follow Up: Follow up with owners as well as tenants till closure.• Relationship with owners/tenants: Post the closure, be available to owner as well as tenant for any sort of assistance required.

• Dealing with passenger’s enquiries about flight departures and arrivals.• Checking Passengers in. Allocating Seat Numbers.• Issuing boarding passes and luggage labels. Readvising passengers about restrictions on luggage.• Weighing baggage and collecting any excess charges.
