Current◆ Minitor a fleet of driver under my supervision. Also know as Direct Sales Representative (DSR).◆ Ensure drivers are available to take on planned trip to designated customers.◆ Ensure to report when driver will be unavailable to take on trips.◆ Ensure that drivers are loaded with the right order on time, to enable delivery to customer on time and in full (OTIF)◆ Report any Issue capable of affecting driver fulfilling the assigned trip and proffer solution to ensure the order is fulfilled.◆ Monitor driver daily reconciliation after each trip and ensure that drivers account is balance on each delivery.◆ Ensure driver's worktools (mobile phone, printer and drivers license) are in good conditions.◆ Train new drivers on the mode of operations and take them on ride along occasionally to orient customers.◆ Take on other responsibility assigned by the manager time to time.
