Strong Knowledge of Different Visa's (like H1 B, EAD, GC, USC, TN and OPT/CPT).Excellent experience in Recruitment & Marketing Bench Candidates of different skillets.Role Includes:• Identifying candidate’s Key skills.• Update the Profile in relevant Job boards.• Negotiation on Tax terms and payment terms of USA.• Negotiating with vendors for best deals concerning rates and duration of the Projects.• Maintain relation with the vendors.• Staying updated with the consultant and his status.• Gathering Time Sheets and escalate to the invoicing team.• Provide assistance to the consultants on preparing and updating resume.Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, different Job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc and other networking sites.Maintain consistent goal of increasing candidates on to the company payroll.
