The position consisted of managing all the purchasing requirements for the Information System Purchasing Committees and managing varied technological tenders starting at the initiation stage and until signing the actual contract. In this position I manage inter organizational workers and external advisors, engage in working interfaces with the office's legal and executive bodies, define work processes and establishing tools and inter organizational methods for purchasing, characterization, writing and managing technological tenders.
