As a general manager, my main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing budgets, managing and motivating team members, and representing the company to clients, partners.For all of the above, I use my skills that are relevant to the role, such as: leadership, management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and financial acumen.Also as a general manager in the structural design industry, I have a deep understanding of the field, in particular precast concrete in which domain me and my team took part at designing the structure for some big clients like:Star Trading, SW Umwelttechnik, Simbeton etc.

As a project manager, my main responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.For completing all my project I use skills that are relevant to the role, such as project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, communication, and problem-solving.One of my main goals for me and the company I represent is that we ensure high quality of assembly meeting the deadline of our clients with no safety incidents (zero incidents till this day)
