I am a Metro Atlanta Associate Broker of Real Estate, Real Estate Agent, and Mobile Notary Public who has been fully invested in client service since 2006.

As a Georgia Real Estate Brokers Associate and Real Estate Consultant in Georgia, I represent buyers, helping them find homes for sale in Metro Atlanta that meet their budget, lifestyle, and other requirements so that they can enjoy their preferred quality of life. I have assisted my clients with their purchases of attached (condos and townhouses) and single-detached properties in new construction, foreclosure, government-owned, short sale, other transactions, even some that they've been renting using national and local home buying programs, including 100% financing, VA Loans and down payment assistance for both first time buyers and families moving up to their next home.I also frequently serve as an owner's representative, either helping sellers understand their options for continued home ownership or preparing their homes to sell for the highest price that the market will bear within the shortest period of time. My membership in both First MLS (FMLS), Georgia MLS (along with other promotional efforts on and offline) allows me to make properties available to able, ready, and willing potential buyers. I work with them or their agents to arrive at acceptable terms and manage the entire transaction to a safe, smooth, and timely settlement on transactions involving townhouses, single-detached properties, estate sales, and others. As a self-employed person, I found my clients by, among other methods, writing on Google Sites and other platforms about the various programs that could help them achieve their home ownership goals in a timely manner. That required the extensive use of research data from a variety of sources, from both the industry and other places.

I counseled prospective Georgia First Time Home Buyers and families moving up to their next home on the home buying process and available programs, including budgeting, post purchase considerations, and the use of Federal and Georgia-based down payment assistance programs. I also provided assistance to owners seeking information on home retention, disposition and those looking to sell their Metro Atlanta Real Estate using valuable incentives through my association with Keller Williams Realty and the State of Georgia. The certifications expired in December of the second year, so I was not certified in 2011. These were certifications only to help add value to client experiences associated with my real estate practice. I have never been employed with the State of Georgia.

Category / Trade Development Manager, 1998 - 1999, Chicago, Illinois - Developed, communicated and assisted in the planning and execution of regional brand operating plans to achieve share growth in support of corporate brand strategies and trade initiatives. Provided insights into competitive activity, business trends, speed-to-shelf and business opportunities within the region and at specific accounts including Dominicks, Nash Finch and Shopko.Region Training Manager, 1999 – 2001, Morristown, New Jersey - Lead and supported the CPUS training strategy in the Eastern Regions with responsibility for company and region specific training initiatives. Worked with IT, field sales and senior management to develop and deliver training on account management and planning tools, consumption reporting tools and consumer profile tools. Published quarterly communications on training related opportunities and updates to field sales. Managed internship recruitment, orientation and training process in assigned regions and supported human resources with recruitment initiatives at several universities including St. Joseph’s University and Western Michigan University.National Merchandising Technology Manager, 2001 – 2004 New York, New York World Headquarters - As company expert, I trained corporate and field staff on the use of highly technical software to manage placement of products at the retail shelf. Developed national new item and account-specific selling stories that accomplished improved existing item positioning, ideal new item positioning and reduced out-of-stocks at key accounts across all trade classes. Developed national selling material to drive increased ethnic planogram activity. Published share-of-shelf quarterly results against objectives and held quarterly conference calls with field sales on accomplishments and corrective actions. Worked in a consultancy role with Rite Aid, Walgreens, Kroger A&P, Nash Finch and other accounts.

Territory Manager, 1996 – 1997, Orlando, Florida - Managed a supermarket account of 104 stores which represented 26% of the Orlando All Commodity Volume (ACV) and an 18 store chain with 7% ACV. Responsibilities included development and delivery of strategic promotional plans that achieved division objectives for new items including speed-to-shelf, merchandising, forecasting & financial (P&L) management. Sales Training Manager, 1997 – 1998, Austin, Minnesota World Headquarters - Managed the training efforts of the Grocery Products Division. Managed administration of broker and merchandising company sales communications and payments. Developed and managed relationships with third party training companies. Communicated people development and orientation updates to managers and major training initiatives to field sales.

Account Manager, 1994 – 1995, Nashville, Tennessee - Managed a $6M food account serving 200 grocery retailers in three states. Responsibilities included strategic planning that delivered share growth objectives, financial (P&L) management, demand forecasting and communications with all internal and external customers.
