• Successfully doubled as Insights Marketeer for the Farmfit Intelligence Center and Global Public Relations Manager for the Corporate Communications Team and developed and disseminated interactive knowledge products for the Farmfit Intelligence Center and IDH at large.• Regularly monitored communication’s reach and impact and took actions to create successful campaigns from the lessons learnt. • Contributed to the design and coordination of events and content and worked with internal and external partners, global media and social media to build on reach across at least 33 countries that the organization operates in. Solidified by network with global media by establishing a database of journalists from international media outlets.

• Successfully executed events (including two COP26 side events in Nairobi and Glasgow), competitions, challenges, and courses for the organization and different clients across the globe. • Actively contributed to business development and implementation of more than 20 donor funded projects and supported the M&E office with efficient reporting and impact harvesting to meet donor requirements. • Developed communication training programs for clients and the 15 communication officers I supervised.

Successfully offered communication leadership for the programme and its beneficiaries.• Successfully created a strong media network and forged partnerships between KCIC and her partners positioning KCIC as the one-stop center for all climate change related expertise in Kenya. • Offered 360o communication advisory and within and among the four arms and for 1,000+ beneficiary companies.• Designed the intranet, website and sub-websites of KCIC Group (KCIC, KCV, KCL, AgriBiz). • Produced captivating IEC materials and assisted in M&E, impact harvesting and reporting of projects.

• Successfully established the public information and communication section of the county government that led public information and communication in ten departments targeting more than 2 million residents in the county and beyond with diverse demography. Worked with and supervised 17 officers.• Developed and implemented crisis communication strategies for health, education, and agriculture departments.• Instituted communication and publicity plans for different projects and programmes including for the rolling out of the online platform for launching development proposals (eDAMS) by the World Bank. • Worked with multi-stakeholders in implementing different projects including chairing the communication committee for the implementation of the UN-HABITAT Kiambu Open Street Week.
