A Brief Synopsis of my Media Planning CapabilitiesMy career in Media was initiated as Media Assistant at JWT/ Sri Lanka in 1997, where my comprehensive learning of basic media skills served, in retrospect, as a bottom up process that enabled me to learn the trade of Media Planning and Implementation step by step.My personality traitsMy greatest motivational drives are my passion to win and ability to see a task through in a timely and productive manner. I attribute a large part of my success to having a sole starting point for every task by setting a vision or objective for my team or myself. I am also a great people person and team player; with high interactive and networking capabilities, the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy with others, and a strong belief that the key to winning lies in development of people skills. The basic principles that I believe helped me shape my career advancement in this field are - i.) Passion and pro activeness for the brands I worked for.ii.)
