Key Responsibilities:Acquisition Support and Due Diligence:Participate in the due diligence process during acquisitions to assess and integrate employee benefits from acquired companies.Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create seamless benefit transition plans for newly acquired employees.Onboarding and Employee Support:Facilitate benefit onboarding for employees from acquired companies.Accurately enter and maintain employee benefit deductions in payroll systems.Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit questions and concerns.Benefits Management:Oversee company benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans.Ensure compliance with ACA filing requirements and other regulatory standards.Administer and manage the open enrollment process for benefits and 401(k) plans.Handle 401(k) rollovers and provide guidance to employees on their retirement plan options.Financial Oversight:Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the benefits financial budget.Regularly review and analyze benefits costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.Wellness and Recognition Initiatives:Develop and implement wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.Manage the company-wide reward and recognition program to foster employee engagement.401(k) Administration:Administer and monitor the company’s 401(k) program, including vendor management and compliance.Organize and facilitate 401(k) open enrollment sessions.
