I have mastered the art of data capturing with great accuracy that has facilitated adoption of modern-day data capturing techniques at my workplace. The innovative and diversity nature of my workplace has also promoted me to gain sound financial and accounting skills since I am responsible for day to day capturing of receipts and payments. In addition, I also prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports of the institution which has broaden my managerial traits. This exposure was an adventure which ignited the passion to meet and understand modern day Human Resources tends. I was involved in the well-loved training and development of employees both internally and internationally which made our professionals to love the art of skills development since it was coming with lucrative incentives and promotions that are desired by employees. Furthermore, we were working with dedicated data capturing methods which enable electronic and physical record keeping of employees. This exposure has enriched my understanding of the human side of organizations, reinforcing the importance of cultivating a positive and supportive workplace culture.
