Planning, organizing and managing the overall building construction development of the largest construction company in Greece.● Overseeing all on-site activity, ensuring on-schedule delivery of projects, within budget, aligned to initial engineering design● Performing inspection of construction activities, ensuring conformance with approved design/plans● Coordinating and communicating between field engineers, designers and client● Obtaining approvals and permits following holistic process approach ● Supervising subcontractors and vendors/suppliers (40-50 maximum) performing work on the project● Approving subcontractor and vendor accounts● Ensuring that construction plans and contractual obligations are in agreement with client expectations● Reviewing engineering design to timely identify potential problems and proactively implement solutions● Managing subcontractors, including monitoring their compliance to safety, environmental and administrative requirements
