 I support, and maintain the process flows in MES. (Manufacturing Execution System) I gather all business requirements for the programmer team to code. I test and document all coding updates to assure we receive the requested changes. Support the integration with other systems like SAP and LMS.  Work with programmers and MES Configurations teamto test MES operation functionality, and codes prior to production implementation. Support manufacturing in a day to day basics.  Assist engineers to resolve CAPAs and NCMRs by pulling queries and submitting tickets to the global helpdesk team. Assist engineers, and managers to coordinateMES updates locally, and globally. Support the business during federal and international agency audits. Initiate new changes in TcE (TeamCenter), and keep track of ECOs.  Perform “Apply ECO”, “HOLD”, “QUARANTINE” and other functions using MES for production control.

 Process client invoices using dashboard. Review,and bill client service invoices per our billing rules. Calculate and invoice time and expense service invoices manually for ORTT files. Ensure our vendors our paid properly. Respond to emails and ensure that files are meeting our cycle time.
