With over 20 years of experience as an educator and entrepreneur, I am passionate about developing and delivering innovative training solutions that combine theory and practice, knowledge transfer and critical thinking on digital technologies and business. I have completed a Ph.D. in Marketing and Information Technology from HEC Montréal, and several other degrees and certifications in related fields.As an Information Systems Faculty Lecturer at McGill University, I teach various courses on e-Business, IT Consulting, Data Analysis and Business Intelligence. I also lead by example and inspire my students to excel and grow to their full potential. As the President of Initiative Marketing, I work with clients in CRM, CEM, e-Commerce, and e-Learning to find ideas that are adapted to their reality and enable them to achieve a new professional and personal independence. I am always curious and eager to learn new things and share them with others.
