I am always looking for new learnings and positive changes. With experience working for social impact in the non-profit sector, as a young woman, I have had the privilege of leading international projects and thriving in diverse, multicultural environments. Currently, I am the Program Officer for the Poverty Stoplight, where I collaborate with the US-based sister company, Thrive Lights, and partners implementing the Stoplight worldwide to help them break the cycle of multidimensional poverty. As a decision-maker with strong communication and adaptability skills, I always seek ways to improve operational efficiencies and turn challenges into opportunities through competitive strategies, planning, and analytical reasoning. Passionate about exploring new cultures while traveling. I'm also in the final stages of completing my International Relations degree, wrapping up my academic journey in this field, further deepening my grasp of global needs, issues, and globalization dynamics.
