Main responsibilities include:• Reporting of damages to freight forwarders and/or international suppliers.• Database management (Stock system) – Creation and removal of stock items; costing and pricing, linking items to B2B and eCommerce channels; Generation of various reports; System error resolution • Ecommerce (3 websites and a B2B channel) - Product viability testing for eCommerce channels; Product text and image uploads; Website auditing and maintenance; Uploading of promotional offers; Report generation • Onboarding of new suppliers.• Oversight of procurement costs on GP.• Expos and Baby shows – Setup and breakdown, Show price setting and order forms; Brand marketing• Warehouse – Product assembly; Stocktaking; When required picking, packing and dispatching of stock• Other – Desktop research; Process mapping (BPMN Diagrams); Monthly stock and sale analytics for international suppliers
