James Gould is an experienced Solution Architect, and works cross functionally to ensure all technology deliveries are based on sound architectural and product/software development principals.He has 18-years’ experience of solution implementation within global enterprise organizations, using both in house and vendor products. He has spent most of his career working alongside internal software customers and the teams delivering in-house services within an enterprise environment. He has a strong understanding of the optimal ways (and pitfalls) of integrating applications into global enterprises. James graduated from the University of Nottingham, England with a Computer Science degree. He is first and foremost a software engineer and has strong practical experience with a wide range of technologies. He has a drive for learning the latest products and understanding their application to solve ‘real world’ problems. He is passionate about the implementation of optimal solutions balancing out build with run cost, time to market and longevity. James enjoys working with others – both technical and client side – to design and build solutions to new problems. With a proven track record of working with teams to increase productivity and reduce technical debt.James has a passion for identifying, building and developing high performing engineers.
