ProCellution specializes in factory floor intelligence for lean manufacturing. We provide manufacturing execution software and hardware solutions that will help you manage your production processes. Our products go beyond the simple data collection system that many solutions provide. We apply business logic and decision making directly on the floor by connecting a two way bridge from the factory floor to the front office. Production specifics are viewed in real time and can be inhibited based on critical thresholds that are configured. ProCellution provides computer hardware and software products as well as custom integration solutions.

Our company worked with many different types of manufacturing industries. Our specialty included control systems that were PLC based. Control systems were utilized on robotic equipment, welding machines, and many types of assembly systems. My company evolved into a ProCellution partnership based on the need to provide our customers with a lean manufacturing solution.

Lead Engineer for all automated processes. My responsibility included all aspects of the management and implementation of new technologies within the facility. The primary processes included robotic welding, resistance welding, and metal stampings. Monitoring solutions were introduced plantwide to increase quality and productivity. Even though technology has changed since then, the principles that were developed are still in use today.
