As a psychologist at SolutionsbyWulf I have carried out a variety of different tasks and worked in various functions all within the frame of a systemic solution-focused approach. My primary assignment has been mentoring for socially vulnerable clients, visited by the Jobcenter, where the assignment has consisted of individual structured conversations and activities. As a part of the approach I also meet with the client's families. In addition I have planned and organized groups sessions, worked in close collaboration with partners the social- and health sector, and has contributed on an organisational level.In this context, I has developed understanding and insight into complex social issues as well as skills to handle these. I have gained experience on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorder, personality disorder, trauma, ADHD, drug/alcohol misuse, low self-esteem, personal- and professional development, physical illness, and social challenges.Permanent since 1/11-2016.

Internship Involving shadowing Elliott Connie at his office in Texas and on a lecture tour in several cities through out California. Studying Solution-Focused literature, viewing and transcribing therapy sessions, discissing the therapeutic stance, question types etc. The Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approach strengthens hope, highlight competences, resources and move clients towards their desires future.

Patterns in Interpersonal Interactions, collaborative family therapy and questions types developed by Dr. Karl Tomm.Observe and participate in counseling sessions, received on-going supervision from Dr. Karl Tomm, reviewed and discussed recorded counseling sessions, study recommended systemic family therapy readings and had clinical discussions with supervisor and colleagues. The approach emphasizes questions as therapeutic interventions, and approached the area of family therapy by looking at the specific problematic interactional patterns that unfold within families and how to transform these into healthy sustainable patterns.

Family therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Completed web-based didactic experience to learn the basics of PCIT, observed PCIT cases on all stages, attended staffing meetings to discuss current cases, jointed training team member on consultation calls.PCIT is an evidence-based, short-term, specialized behavior management program designed for young children experience behavioral and/or emotional difficulties and their families. Improve parent child-relationship, increase children's social skills, improve children's attention skills, build children's self-esteem, help parents set developmentally-appropriate expectations for their child.
