About Alex Sol Watts

I’m Alex Watts, and I help brands grow, online and off. I'm a passionate marketing expert, agency leader, long-time social specialist, and integrated planner. I've spent most of my career working in advertising agencies, working with all kinds of businesses on all kinds of problems - from how to turn customers into community to what how to bring a product to market from concept. If you need a pair of hands that care deeply about great work and real transformation - drop me a line. Now, I'm helping clients like Uber, Playstation and Oporto realise their opportunity in culture at Poem. Prior to that, I was a partner at Bullfrog, delivering commercial change through creativity, and before that I worked as Head of Social for for DDB, leading some of the world's biggest brands into the frontiers of Web3 and a community-first internet - while staying focused on how we drive impact on the metrics that really matter to business.I believe deeply in the incredible influence creativity and community can have on brands, and the responsibility brands have to do good in the communities they’re part of, online and offline. That’s why I’m proud to have built truly impactful work for brands like McDonald's, Westpac, Skittles, Kathmandu, Volkswagen, Wotif, Coles, KFC, Tiger Beer, and Coca-Cola, amongst others. Connect with me if you want to shoot the breeze on ads, bees, or kimchi, or generally chat about how we can make the world (inside and outside advertising) a brighter place. Can't wait.
