- In charge of a team of ~40 people, combining Data Science and Optimization skills with software engineering skills to provide industrial decision support tools for Air France Operations (Flight Ops, In-flight Services, Ground Ops, OCC, Engineering & Maintenance).- Supporting Operations businesses in building their vision and roadmaps to improve their processes and tools, building connections across the organization.- Contributing to the company’s data-driven transformation in close collaboration with the Transformation Office (part of the Core Team of Data Management & Organization Project, Integrated Operations Planning Program, and part of the Data Factory of Air France).

- Endorsed the role of Domain Leader for OCC and then E&M within Operations Research, with functional management of a team of up to 15 Data Scientists and Optimization Engineers, budget and resources management, and tasks allocation among the team.- Contributed to build future roadmaps for both OCC and E&M, in close partnership with business stakeholders and top management.

- Applied state-of-the-art optimization and data analytics models to solve complex real-life problems, in close collaboration with research experts.- Delivered value for Air France CDM, Network, and OCC departments by building decision support tools in production and conducting strategical studies

Applying Big Data techniques for CRM in the context of air transportation. Implemented and tested a solution for real-time destination and ancillary recommendation.

Provided a solution to enrich existing tools with different sources of data for the modeling of Paris area transportation network. Conducted studies to assess the quality of different datasets.
