Aircraft & System: Boeing 737-800/900ER, CFM56-7B installed with FADEC, DASH-8 Q400, P & W 150A.- Raising daily scheduled and unscheduled work package (JOB-CARDS) to Line station.- Releasing short-term planning, mid-term planning and Long-term planning to the all concerned department to ensure Aircraft availability, Material availability and Man-Power availability.- Ensuring availability of material for scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance task in conformation with Material Store & Logistic.- Organize production planning meeting with all concerned department and all-line station in regards daily work scope.- Maintaining database information relevant to SB’s, SL’s, AD’s, and Modification in system.- Handling AOG situation in terms of Manpower, Material and closely monitoring shipping details of parts & test equipment to recover AOG aircraft. - Borrowing of spares, expandable, consumables, Tools, and equipment from OAL and Vendor for scheduled, unscheduled task and to recover AOG aircraft.- Indenting and raising purchase order time to time for the parts required for maintenance.- Preparation of Aircraft daily movement in co-ordination operation and Maintenance requirement - Co-ordinate with line maintenance department for invoking and revoking of MEL/ADD/CDD- Maintaining data base record for MOR/GOR report and ARC non-conformity finding by Q.C- Well versed with use of RAL & ARMS software use for data record of aircraft & flight operation.
