1) Support Operation team and Process team to deliver the planned machine uptime and targeted output with disturbance2) Supervise the daily pass down meeting to oversee overall machine performance and engage with the Operation team for machine status (estimate release time, escalation problematic chamber)3) Setup the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan and optimize the PM quality, cost and success rate Control and stimulate critical hardware parameters in process recipe to obtain best etching process4) Organize spare part inventory for smooth equipment activity that bring minimum impact to production volume5) Perform multiple troubleshooting task based on the process chamber issue including helium back side, Radio Frequency (RF), pressure, interlock, etch rate, electrical, mechanical, robot etc6) Compile and analyze the chambers performance data based on UD, SD, Uptime, M-ratio and scrap Responsible for Statistical Process Control (SPC), Advance Process Control (APC) and Design of Experiment (DOE) for sustainable machine performance7) Responsible for machine documentation, start up documentation and troubleshooting checklist 8) Involve in new machine start up and tool transfer starting from facility walk through until machine is release for production9) Initiate the improvement project which including downtime reduction, scrap reduction, predictive failure, cost reduction, obsolete-to-new part qualification and quality improvement10) Communicate with various team for any issue, project and task assigned including IT, FM, OPC, FI, MIG, QM and external vendors.11) Responsible NOSTAS (Non Standard Shipment), SAP PM Order, Purchase Request (PRAW), Permit-to-Work (PTW) etc12) Start-up project: * DSEAVIZ04-DSEAVIZ08 (SPTS Omega Fxp: DSi-V) * ETCL23004-C1 & ETCL23015 (LAM Research 2300: Flex Exelan)

Involve in daily machine troubleshooting activities using PLC programming language, schematic diagram.Coordinate and execute the improvement project for better production quality, quantity and reliability.

1. Assigned to monitor the cycle time and progress of the project at machine center.2. Assisted the quality department on the inspection of finished part which consist of five criteria include surface roughness, internal diameter, outer diameter, total length and dusting.3. Involved in monitoring the setup, testing, inspection and analysis of part requested by the customer.4. Involved in arrangement and documentation of the machine tool (clamping jigs) at machine center.5. Assisted the inspection of gauges in the Final Quality Control (FQC) room and engineering tool room.6. Assisted in preparing and updating the Work Instruction and Operation Text and Sketches (OTS) at workstations.
