- coordinates with international consultant to establishing and implementing risk based internal audit and internal control systems, developing government accounting systems, developing legislation and regulations for public sector auditing, accounting, internal control, developing internal audit plans, internal audit reports, accounting and audit procedures and methodologies, training staff in implementing accounting and internal control systems.- Preparing annual operating plans, three year, five year rolling plans, budgeting plan, team leader to conducting internal audits to all entities under ministry of health.- Responsibilities all task of Vice-Chief the first Bureau.
