Roles & Responsibilities: • Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.• Understanding the clients requirements in retrospect of the candidates profile, job description, shortlist the right candidates. • Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal databank, Job Portals (Naukri and Monster), Linked-in job portals, Mass Mailing, Referencing, etc to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.• Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check domain skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.• Handling multiple requirements at a time and making them complete within timeline.• Negotiating salary packages with the candidates relevant to the company standards.• Follow up with the candidates regarding the acceptance of the offer and the joining dates and ensure the candidates join the organization.• Interacting with the clients about Job Openings • Maintaining recruitment related reports like Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports for to track candidates profiles and for future reference.
