These portals have to be developed in SOA architecture with intuitive UI as per its new branding.Responsibilities: Conducting requirements workshops with business stake holders, documenting the requirements Doing functional analysis of these requirements and design the solution and screens and coordinating with the business to get them approved. Design and develop the architecture for the API layer to publish all the business functionalities as web services. This fulfills the SOA based architecture for the purpose of future extensibility.Set the coding standards and imposing them on team for the project quality, reviewing the code and test reports.Reviewing the deliverables received from offshore and coordinating with different stakeholders to get their signoff.Coordinate with offshore team leads to create WBS and create the project plan. Executing, monitoring and controlling the project according to the approved project plan.

The objective of this project is to reengineer the existing freight management system on an upgraded SAP system.Responsibilities: •Organize meetings, conduct requirements workshops with business stake holders and document the requirements. •Analyze the requirements, design and represent functional flows using UML diagrams, create traceability matrix for each screen to show their data models in detail. •Design and develop the application architecture. Create abstract templates for all the modules, components and utility objects. Integration of different modules, Integration testing. •Defining the deployment strategy, creating configuration based deployment utilities, handling the deployments for every release.•Reviewing the deliverables received from offshore and coordinating with different stakeholders to get their signoff.•Coordinate with offshore team leads to create WBS and create the project plan. Executing, monitoring and controlling the project according to the approved project plan. Responsibilities (for Enhancements): •Define the enhancement implementation process to have the least impact on the existing system. •Define the requirements gathering and requirements validation process.•Define the coding standards within the limitation of the project, review and testing process and ensuring the quality of the deliverables.•Resource planning/loading, grooming the team, project budgeting, project auditing.Responsibilities (for Development):•Organizing the meetings to discuss and demonstrate requirements using screen mocks.
