At Harness, I have successfully built products and tools from the ground up, taking them from inception to launch and acquiring customers. As Harness's first UX hire and founding member, I worked closely with C-level executives and engineering and sales teams. Together, we launched and grew flagship DevOps products, acquiring customers and achieving Series A to C growth along the way. Throughout this journey, I identified and set the UX strategy, envisioned the ecosystems, and inspired product and engineering teams to push the boundaries with a series of DevOps tools. One of the standout features of our product was the Cloud Cost Management (FinOps) tool, which democratized cost visibility and capabilities to optimize the Kubernetes cluster and overall cloud cost.

I owned the product design and single-handedly designed end-to-end Genophen Web & Mobile app, Withings & Fitbit wearable device connection, Zendesk, CRM & Enterprise design implementation.
