I am a Certified Yoga Trainer from The Yoga Institute. I have completed 900 Hours Advanced Teacher Training Course from The Yoga Institute. I have been practicing Yoga for over a decade and teaching Yoga since 2017.As a certified Yoga Instructor I conduct classes with groups of people which involves Yoga, Meditation, Power Yoga, and Mat Pilates. As a Yoga Instructor I guide students to “connect to breath” while conducting a series of physical and mental exercises.
