I am working for LinkedIn project from start date to till. I am experienced in Order Management Project. Process customer orders by entering Salesforce and ensure that orders are completed accurately.Ensuring that the Orders get provisioned within the TAT. Uploading orders from Salesforce to Oracle R12Support sales rep and RM in generation of order forms with correct product tiers, terms and payment method as per the customer requirements in SFDC.Educate sales representatives on processes, and best practices, to improve performance. Be the point of contact for the sales team for pre & post sales, order & billing queries.Work closely with Sales representative to ensure all contracts are complete, accurate, and meet internal organization requirements. Work with finance team in monthly audits and reconcile any order inaccuracies, reconcile SFDC and Oracle order data.Follow up with different internal teams such as AR, credits and Collections team to make sure that there are no roadblocks that may lead to customer satisfaction issues.Assist the sales rep and Regional managers in processing global deals which requires split billing, Pre order and extension of licensesScheduling off-cycle billing invoices to accommodate the customer request. Manual entry of orders into oracle R12 when there is a Glitch within the systemsAdditional responsibility of sending various reports for internal and cross functional team such as:Incomplete Orders, Order Complete but Not in Oracle, Pending account creation, Productivity and TAT Error report. Weekly reports like Stale Cases, Revenue splits, pending license activation Monthly reports like SFDC/Oracle Recon, Inactive Reps, Collection Cancellations, commissions report.
