Heading Plastic Injection moulding operations as a manager in Aequs Engineered plastics Pvt ltd.Started carrier with AEQUS from scratch level,Complete setting up of 99 Injection moulding machines & 05 blow moulding machines and around 1200 moulds.~Selection of moulding machines,technical inputs and support to Purchase team.~Setting up of moulding process and mould validation~Production planning of day to day activities.~Interaction with customers related moulds and moulds transfer from china to India.~Making contingency plan as per customer requirement.~Implementing & maintaining of production records as per ISO standards.~Training team for 5'S+1, Kaizen, Process & SGA.~Selection of proper tools for different operations at low cost.~Conducting weekly and Monthly reviews.~Improvement on OEE and conducting internal audits and ensuring manufacturing lines are always ready for customer audits.~CAPA implementation & tracking, implementation of 7QC tools.

Responsible for shift production operations. More process setting and trouble shooting knowledge on Moulding machines like Engel, Nîgata and Toshiba and other auxiliary equipment's like Chiller, MTC,HRTC,RM conveying systems. Knowledge on pick & place robots programming. worked on different types polymers like ABS, PP, Nylon, POM,PC and etc. Incharge of shift production activities & operator quality assurance. Adherence of TOYOTA Quality systems. Utilization of shift resources. CAPA implementation. Adherence of 5'S.implementation of QCO techniques. Detailed analysis of rejections, breakdowns with CAPA graph to show down ward trend.

Established and Worked in technology transfer projects/Green field projects for injection moulding plant.( manufacturing of polymeric surge arresters and insulator).Setting up process and production of in insert moulding, Rubber moulding- Desma machines. Testing machines-Zwick, Instron. crimpers-Uniflex, Finn power. Daily planning-preparation of process sheets & WI sheets-Pokayoka-QCO techinics-procedures of ISO9000 and QS 9000.

Handling, Processing, Analysis of Engineering and commodity plastics like PP, PC, ABS, Nylon and Delrin. Supervision in injection moulding. Planning of manpower, material and machines. Trouble shooting of plastic process in moulding machines.

To work on CNC controlled Injection molding ( like Krauss Maffei & JSW )machines for the manufacture of Engg plastics and process parameter setting. learnt about mould change over activity. trouble shooting of problems by setting up of molding parameters.
