I am an experienced solicitor and litigator with wide ranging knowledge and skills in contentious areas of law. I currently specialise in family law matters with a particular emphasis on representing parents and children in public and private law proceedings. I am also experienced in financial proceedings where I use my expertise of complex corporate and financial crime to enable me to effectively deal with all manner of financial remedies in a family law setting.I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and subsequently specialised in the areas of commercial fraud, business crime and regulatory litigation at BCL, a Legal 500 and Chambers UK top ranked firm of solicitors in London, where I dealt with complex corporate and financial crime, with a particular emphasis on regulatory compliance and enforcement. I am also CIPD qualified and experienced at dealing with a wide range of employee relation issues, providing focussed employment law advice and support to a range of stakeholders. I am a joint founder of MindCoach, an Employee Relations & Well-being Consultancy designed to introduce a fresh approach to wellbeing in a competitive business world and to help build success out of healthy, focused and productive minds. I have experience in the third sector having spent a year volunteering with a leading UK charity as a social policy researcher.
