• Approaching Clients for procuring Jobs in Sectors like Commercial, Security and Continuous Printing.• Preparing job order for Production.• Coordinating with Client and Production team to see the Job is perfectly executed.

• Working in Stationary Department co-coordinating b/w Strategic Sourcing Dept.• Co – ordination with different departments in the Bank and getting the enquiries.• Follow up with the proofs from designing, layout and approving it from Bank • Being official printers for National Bank of Dubai, Cost Estimations, Streamlining all the stationary items, Personalized Cheques, Recording of all the data information and timely delivery of requirements.• Providing Ideas for Projects in Commercial Printing, Thermal Printing, Security Printing and Computer Continuous Forms.• Educating the customers with new technique in printing industry, different papers with security printing designs.

•Co – ordination with sales team in order to provide support with regards to all types of printing inquiries.•Preparing Job Orders showing all the instructions needed for Printing. (like in how many Up’s to print, Number of Out per sheet, the Print Size on different Machines, Number of Sheets required for the particular Job, Packaging Details, Delivery Schedule and other details)•Follow up with the proofs from designing, layout and approving it from Customer and giving it for Production Team.•Co – ordination with the Production Team regarding the Planning during Printing.•Being official printers for National Bank of Dubai, Cost Estimations, Streamlining all the stationary items, Personalized Cheques, Recording of all the data information and timely delivery of requirements.•Cost Analysis and Estimation for Government, Private & International Tenders.•Participating in online Bidding.
