I have 7 months experience in this company and have executed a CCTV project in Malda region WB as company incharge. Through this project i came to know the work culture and corporate culture in Power Grid Sectors especially in Oil Industry.Indian Oil was Yokogawa's client and running the entire project was very tough.A lot of issues were handled efficiently by me such as:- Costing issues. (It was expected to keep less cost on Bill Of Materials).- Manpower Handling. (Making the labors do work efficiently on time).- Reporting mistakes and technical faults. (Mistakes and technical faults were major issues for debate)- Executing the project on time. (It was a slow and delayed project but i increased the pace)
