Multiphase:- Spray diameter distribution prediction using the volume of fluid (VOF), DPM and model transition (VOF-DPM-EWF) approaches.- Fluidized gasifier and fluidized catalytic converter model to predict pressure profile, output product composition and feed injector design and performance analysis.- Pneumatic conveyor system for ash transport to predict accurate particle stratification and pressure drop profiles using Dense discrete phase model (DDPM).- Bubble dispersion, gas dissolution, residence time distribution profile prediction using Eulerian model (EE) in steel ladles and bioreactors.- Dynamic analysis of boats and floating solar panels using open channel flow and rocket firing out of canister using dynamic and overset meshing approach Digital Twin:- Generation of response surfaces and reduced-order models (Twinbuilder/Workbench) for pump cavitation, droplet combustion, tundish flow, submerged entry nozzles and continuous casting systems for deployment as digital twins.
