Hera Biotech is an early-stage, women's health company, focused on commercializing a minimally invasive diagnostic for endometriosis.My Role in the company is as follows:• Develop/Draft key company documents, including business plan, financialprojections and executive summary.• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, stake holders and investors• Raise necessary capital to fund business activities and commercialdevelopment• Negotiate all contractual relationships• Report to, and work with, the board of directors to ensure all expendituresand activities are in alignment with organizational goals and timelines

• Conduct due diligence on companies seeking funding• Evaluate technology potential, regulatory strategy, clinical strategy, go tomarket strategy, assumptions and company leadership• Evaluate end markets, adoption rates and acquisition potential• Participate in term sheet discussions• Coach appropriate leadership in investment companies• Provide board representation for the fund• Assist in quarterly fund report composition• Serve as clinical, regulatory and strategy resource to fund companies and actas liason between company leadership and managing partners• Participate in decision making on changes in strategyand/or leadership infund companies• Serve an active role in fund comapnies, when necessary (see Santalis)

• Draft/Review/Amend/Negotiate key clinical documents, to include: Clinical or Master Trial Agreements, Study WorkOrders, Clinical Budgets, Protocols, Investigator Brochures, biostatistical summaries and Clinical Study Reports.• Manage all clinical vendors, to include: clinical sites, eCRF vendors, CROs, medical writers, IRB/HREC, randomization,clinical site monitors.• Oversee all aspects of clinical trial execution/operation, to include: regulatory filings, site/vendor selection, studytimelines, routine monitoring, real time data review, IRB submissions, study closeout activities.• Manage the Santalis clinical team and all external clinical consultants.• Work directly with executive management to ensure all clinical activities are in alignment with organizational goals andtimelines• Served as the interim COO for a period of 18 months

- Managed Santalis' prescription drug development indications in the clinic. - Oversaw business development consultants and commercial development programs on the OTC/cosmetic side of the business. - Collaborated with formulation chemists and commercial manufacturers to optimize formulations for drug delivery and scale up ease. - Developed & implemented internal tracking systems including clinical costing by site and patient responses by visit.- Implemented formal clinical processes, to include: SOPs, SOP review process, both electronic and hard copy trial master filing system. - Managed up to 4 direct reports.

- Lead the team responsible for product development (formulation to commercialization). - Supervised the entire clinical trial process from synopsis and protocol development, study monitoring and generating bio-statistical summaries at the conclusion of the study. - Managed communication and project timelines with external consultants and licensing partners. - Oversaw and assisted in the due diligence process, transfer and successful launch of a product line externally licensed by the largest dermatology company in the world.
