• Execution and inspection in fabrication(manufacturing) and erection of process piping, static equipment like fractional distillation columns, reactor columns storage vessels, heat exchangers, and dynamic/rotary equipment like compressors, pumps, and turbines in conformance with ASME B31.3 and API 650 and Health, Safety, and Environment standards.• Reviewed Isometric Drawings, GA Drawings, and P&IDs, and heavy and turbomachinery equipment in oil and gas and fertilizers and chemical projects and rectified and recommended revisions in the respective drawings in collaboration with the client – Engineers India Limited (EIL), for achieving AFC status. • Inspection responsibilities in erection and installation of booster pumps in inter-stage pumping stations of Oil & Gas pipeline projects.• Inspected process piping fit ups, minimized quality deviation, and ensured optimal production output by optimization of manpower and resources, and in collaboration with QC/QA Department.• Prioritization of manufacturing of specific pipe racks, required modification and solving problems for erection of process piping on priority.• Planning of identified loops for Hydro Pressure Testing, prioritization of their manufacturing, and conduction of the tests, according to Project targets, and client’s requirements.

- Executional responsibilities in the fabrication and erection of process piping and equipment, as per the standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, for the Ammonia and Urea Plant of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited. - Ensure the optimum utilization of manpower available with the sub- contractors to achieve maximum productivity. - Study of Isometric Drawings issued by the consultant (Engineers India Limited) and seek consultation for any corrections if required. - Inspection of Fit ups, provide best and feasible solutions for any kind of problem in execution as well as for other processes like Quality Control and Assurance and Database Management. - Identify defective or inappropriate materials received and arrange the appropriate ones or substitutes as soon as possible to reduce the idle time. - Create Loop files according to the standards of Engineers India Limited. - Planning of hydro testing of completed loops, and prioritize the erection of some particular loops for earlier hydro testing.

- Work Responsibilities in Mechanical Engineering scope of construction of an Inter - stage Pumping Station, of the Mundra-Bhatinda Pipeline of HPCL-Mittal Pipelines Limited.- Training in initial stages, for understanding Isometric Drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, and Process Piping standards of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).- Engineering role in execution of construction activities related to Fabrication and erection of process piping.- Inspection of fit ups and assurance of quality and maintenance of Process Piping standards of ASME, in every stage of construction activities in Mechanical Engineering scope.- Assurance of optimum daily fit up and welding progress, with minimum quality deviation.- Execution role in Erection of booster pumps, which are the main part of an inter-stage pumping station.- Material procurement, handling, identification of defective materials, and recommendation of substitutes.
