As a Deputy Divisional Manager (activities with stakeholders)I am the Divisional Head of Sylhet division. I led a small team to implement and monitor EIA teacher Training and Support and the quality. Currently, I was in charge of 20 upazilas of Sylhet division. I was also a bank signatory of my divisional bank account of the project. I led and oriented my colleagues working under my supervision. during my visit, I met with teachers and sometimes SMC members and even upazila chairman to exchanges views. I also prepared reports on GoB officials’ visit to our EIA events or schools. I continuously kept the management updated about divisional progress and activities. During every field visit and event in the field, I wrote reports on the findings and provided necessary recommendations.

I also contacted with and distribute ed letters to the school authorities of different schools so that they would send their teachers to attend the workshops. At the end of every workshop. also did the work of evaluation of the workshop by EIA Evaluation forms. I also produced reports on the evaluation sheets submitted by the teachers.
